Do you ship worldwide?

We do! Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.  

What do I stuff my poufs or pillows with?

We recommend using Fairfield brand Polyfill for a soft and full look.  It can be purchased online at Amazon.com or Walmart.com and about 5lbs is needed for a single pouf. It can also be found at any major crafts retailer.  For a firmer support, foam or recycled textiles can be used. 

Sizing details

Please double check and compare measurements to confirm fit. The Insole length measurement is taken from inside the shoe. Please contact me if you require any additional measurements!

When will I receive my item?

If you are in the US, I ship within 1-3 business days, and ship via USPS Priority mail. Once shipped out, your package should arrive within 2-3 business days

If you live outside of the US, I ship within 1-3 business days, and ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail. Both generally take 7-14 business days once shipped, however customs can sometimes cause delays.

I live in Brooklyn too, can I pick up or try on in-person?

Unfortunately I am running my shop out of my home for the time being, and for that reason I do not allow an in-person pick ups/try ons at this time.

Can I have my shipment expedited?

Please contact me if you need your item by a specific date, and I will do my best to make it happen. I can upgrade shipping to a faster method for an additional charge.

I received my item and it's damaged, what can I do?

While I do my best to ensure quality, please contact me right away if there are any issues, and I will do my best to make it right. Let me know of any issues before leaving feedback, so I have the chance to correct the mistake!

I received my item, and it does not fit. What can be done?

For the most part I do not accept returns due to size. Please double check all measurements before buying. Usually an exchange/store credit can be worked out for orders with size issues. Contact me for details.

Do the poufs and pillows come stuffed?

No, we recommend stuffing with polyfill (like teddy bear stuffing), which can be found at any major crafts retailer or online at Amazon.com.  A leaflet with stuffing instructions will be sent along with your order.
